I am an entrepreneur, a certified executive coach and a healthcare consultant.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with clients in large complex organizations leading innovation to create sustainable solutions that drive growth and tangible results. I enjoy coaching individuals and collaborating with diverse teams, to build trust, create a shared vision, steer transformative change and chart a clear path forward. I am highly organized but also agile with an innate ability to understand the big picture, foresee the road ahead where the challenges lie, and roll up my sleeves to delve into the detail if needed.

I have worked in multiple health care settings for large health systems and medical groups. I successfully led large scale growth initiatives, M&A and transformations including with Providence Saint Joseph’s Health, a 23B integrated healthcare company, in the NW and CA region. I have partnered with hospitals and physicians to navigate the uncertainty and situational dynamics of our healthcare system and develop mutually beneficial, financial and strategic relationships, and improve their competitive position. I have developed thoughtful strategic plans and redefined governance in collaboration with service line and market leaders
to grow and optimize market share, minimize leakage, and better serve and improve access to the community.

I have made several transitions throughout my career and through coaching redesigned my life to achieve my personal and professional goals. Earlier in my career, I directed large scale projects across different industries including financial services, academic institutions, and the public sector. I mobilized diverse teams toward a common goal to create a robust interoperable platform for the rapid distribution of public health information. I shaped strategy, developed plans and analyzed data to develop and build several household brands including GE HealthCare, Wrigley, Kraft, SC Johnson and Kimberly Clark.

I am a certified coach accredited by both the International Coaching Federation and the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Additionally, I hold an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration. I serve on multiple non-profit boards to support the growth of leaders and improve healthcare access in our communities. I live in the Northwest with my husband and two children and together we enjoy many activities including running, biking, hiking, skiing and rock climbing. We love to travel and explore and discover other cultures.
