As a family physician and department chair, I have experienced the joys and challenges of being a health care executive and academic leader. Every step of the way, I have discovered that change brings growth, but only if I am willing to look, listen and learn. I am excited to work with clients seeking to thrive in their current role or transition to something new. Coaching is a unique opportunity to explore who we are, what we are looking for, and how we will achieve our full potential. I am honored to partner with people on their journey.
I received my medical and public health degrees from Tufts University, and completed my Family Medicine residency and health services research fellowship at the San Francisco General Hospital and University of California San Francisco (UCSF). I also received a Master of Education at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. After 20 years at UCSF, I transitioned to the East Coast in 2017 to serve as a Department Chair, first at Maine Medical Center and now at Dartmouth Health and Geisel School of Medicine. I am also a credentialed coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
